Where are you at now? If you are trying to resolve the "picnic" part, then after you have completed Scavenger Hunt, you need to speak to Thackeray one more time for the "get the girl." statement. Then visit HoM again for the close of that conversation. Go outside the Eye for the conversation with Evennia, then visit Queen Salma for the end.
